Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders $200+ to all 50 U.S. states.

We offer Worldwide International Shipping via DHL Express. Please contact us if your delivery country is not available at checkout. Go to "Contact Us" and send us a message.

Shipping rates vary based on order size. Shipping fees and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout.

Return Policy 

Here at CASANOI, we carry only the most beautiful and thoughtful porcelain pieces, which are each individually inspected to ensure their quality. We make every effort to present our products using high-resolution photos and video. Thus, we offer exchange or store credit ONLY within 3 calendar days of receiving your order. You must contact us at returns@casanoi.us within 3 calendar days of receiving the item. After we have reviewed and approved your exchange or store credit request, you must ship your unwanted items within 3 calendar days of our approval. If you return the item outside of that window, we cannot accept your return. Items must be completely unused and contain all original packaging, or else we cannot guarantee a refund for store credit. All returned items will be carefully inspected for use and damage. 

Please note that we charge a $25 restocking fee for all orders, which will be deducted from your store credit amount. We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor of the shipping of the new order.

SHIPPING DAMAGE/BREAKAGE POLICY

If your item has arrived damaged, cracked, or broken as a result of shipping, we offer to replace the item OR a store credit of the value paid for your item. Please send us an email at returns@casanoi.us within 3 calendar days of receiving your damaged items. Please include your order number, which items arrived damaged, and photos of the damage. You MUST include sufficient photos of the damage to be eligible for a return. After we have determined that the condition of the item is indeed damaged, you have the option to replace the item, or to use the dollar amount of the item as a store credit to make another purchase.

Your new items will ship out free of charge.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
